Description

The Racing 62PR boasts a compact 61cm cutting-width that not only makes it easy to work around and between obstacles, but also makes it possible to gain access to areas beyond narrow gateways (unusually for a ride-on mower, the Racing 62PR will fit through a standard 28" gate).

A high-capacity 196cc (6.5hp) four-stroke overhead-valve engine - with electric start - provides dependable, fuel efficient power; five-step blade-height adjustment (35-75mm) ensures there’s a setting for every eventuality.

Thanks to its five-speed gearbox (four forward; one reverse), the Racing 62PR Ride-On Mower can be driven at a speed that’s most effective for the nature of the ground surface you’re operating on and the grass length you’re tackling.

Also noteworthy is the roomy, downtime minimising 150-litre grassbag; and the strong and durable steel cutter deck, which will shrug-off any knocks and bumps.

Delivery and service from Mow direct very good iwould say excellent the only issue I have with this mower is the difficulty at lowering the cutting blade other wise very good and does what it say. I think the selector needs improving would recommend this product for a garden with a well looked after lawn

Different to any other ride on I have owned it feels slightly unstable and is as stated for the lighter end of mowing. I concur with the statements with regards to the instructions, poor would be being generous and could be resolved by a 5 minute video. The proof of its value will be defined by how long it runs reliably but for the cost compared to many of its rivals and the way it looks I have every hope this will prove to be a good buy. It does not really reach the 5 star rating due to little things like checking oil could be easier and slightly more vibration than I expected but is significantly better than machines of a similar price. Mow direct please make a video!

Firstly, this is a good mower for the price but does not come without it's drawbacks, some of them mine for perhaps not going for a slightly more expensive model (Cheapskate that I am) The build is just a little bit plasticky, the seat wobbles all over the place and the steering is vague, making it hard to control. It can be troublesome to engage the mower deck. The mow deck could do with having a couple of wheels on it as does have a tendency to "scarf" the ground and in some cases, digs right in bringing you to a juddering halt. All in all, it does what it says on the tin, it is a value product which does the job adequately for the price. On hindsight, I should have gone for something a little bit more sturdy as I do have undulating lawns. This would be ideal for flat grass areas where the deck can be kept at a constant level. Service and pre delivery build by Mow Direct, excellent as always. Thank you.
