To this end we have partnered with a support network of over 200 specialist service agents across the UK. These are freelance industry experts with whom we work to provide valuable back up and support for the products we sell.
This means that wherever you are, and whatever the problem, we can be there for you. These agents are paid directly by us.
We will also deal directly with the manufacturer on your behalf if something needs to be put right under the conditions of the warranty.
And finally, we will be very happy to recommend one of our service agents to you at any time for any on-going servicing work you require.
